Dr. Josh and I are always getting questions in our office about detoxing. We get questions like:

Well we are going to answer these questions and even better for the next 21 days we are going to be doing our own detox so everyone can read about what it is like and then decide if it is something you want to dive into.
There are a variety of detoxifications or cleanses out there today. As far as picking the right one, it's different for every one. Some detoxifications minimize what you can eat or how much you can eat, some cut out substances such as wheat, dairy, and caffeine, others don't involve eating at all but just drinking everything. Picking the right detoxification just depends on what you want to get out of your detox and what your body needs while going through the process. Dr. Josh and I have tried many and we can help you pick the one that is best for you.
Detoxification should not be done to lose weight, although it is a side effect of detoxification. One should detox to help rid the body of toxins and help get your body back on track. Other benefits of detoxification include:
