So days 9 and 10 were pretty uneventful for me, however, Dr. Josh started working out and was feeling the effects of the low calories we've been consuming. He kept complaining about being hungry all the time. I on the other hand have been working out during the whole detox so my body adapted rather quickly and I've been able to stay away from the hunger pains. Lucky for Dr. Josh though Saturday was day 11 and we could start incorporating protein back into our diet. So protein sources on the detox should be lean sources consisting mostly of chicken and fish, however, Dr. Josh and I splurged a little bit and went with some bacon and eggs for our first breakfast and steak for our first dinner. The next weeks menu is back on track though and full of chicken, fish and turkey.
